I am sure if you were to ask the general public to prioritise how public funds should be spent, the Glasgow Airport Rail Link would appear on very few lists.
As a Glasgow resident, the thought of having to transport my suitcases by taxi or bus to Central Station to catch a train and go on an unnecessary scenic tour of Paisley rather than getting a taxi straight to the airport seems pointless. The fact you can get an express bus straight to the airport from Central Station again seems to render the new rail link redundant; is the bus service to be withdrawn?See the full content of this document
