Leading Scots Split On Support for London's Olympic Bid; Apathy and Resentment Overshadow Enthusiasm

The news will be disappointing for Mike Lee, communications director for London 2012, who reacted to last week's poll which put UK-wide support at just 73%, by blaming Scotland.

"The national figures would be much higher if you took out Scotland," said Lee. '"The levels of support in Scotland are not great."
