AiRILD Stavrum has discovered a novel way to motivate his Molde side ahead of Thursday night's Uefa Cup meeting with Rangers. The former Aberdeen striker turned rookie coach - an unorthodox character and outspoken columnist even during his two seasons at Pittodrie - has planned his preparations for the game around a guest lecture from one of the most famous authors in Norway.
Thorvald Steen, a writer who suffers from a muscle wasting disease which means he must compose all his novels by dictation, normally specialises in historical fiction.
