THEY looked more like jet black ravens than red devils. Cardiff accommodated them in their tens of thousands, a smell of militancy in the air as they gathered en masse for the first time since Malcolm Glazer pushed through the mother of all controversial football takeovers. Black was the order of the day, worn in premeditated, funereal protest over what they regard as the financial rape of Old Trafford.
