ALEX Salmond's hopes for a Scots seat at climate change talks were boosted yesterday by an intervention from Northern Ireland's environment minister. In a letter to the prime minister, Edwin Poots of the DUP said that he supported "the inclusion of the devolved administrations within the UK delegation" to the UN climate change in Copenhagen in December.
