THE husband of former communities and deputy social justice minister Margaret Curran is facing allegations of bullying at Glasgow City Council, where he is a senior social work boss.
Rab Murray, one of the city's three deputy directors of social work, is being investigated under the council's grievance procedure regarding allegations made by fellow deputy, Joan Elliott. She is also understood to have lodged a complaint against social work director David Comley, claiming he failed to respond to concerns and deal with the alleged bullying.See the full content of this document
