THE Scottish Executive has been blamed by Pro2Kem chief executive Dr Roger White for setting off a series of events that has forced the laboratory instruments maker to shut its Dundee operations temporarily.
White told the Sunday Herald that the Executive had refused to pay a GBP25,000 second instalment of an Innovation For Growth grant awarded earlier as part of start-up funding to help pay employee salaries.See the full content of this document
