SCOTLAND'S chief medical officer has pledged to clamp down on the nation's unregulated cosmetics industry in the same week as the country's first one-stop high street cosmetic treatment clinic opened in Glasgow.
Tough new rules designed to control the provision of Botox treatments and to stamp out rogue practitioners are being introduced south of the Border, and CMO Mac Armstrong has told the Sunday Herald that similar safeguards might soon be implemented in Scotland.See the full content of this document
