Summary
Albion Rovers thrashed bitter rivals Airdrie United 7-2 at Cliftonhill to climb off the bottom of the table. Scott Chaplain led the way with a hat-trick and John Gemmell and Michael O'Byrne scored doubles.
Chaplain netted twice in the first half and O'Byrne once, with Jamie Stevenson replying. Gemmell bagged his two after the break before Airdrie had David Lilley sent off.
