SCOTTISH entrepreneur Colin McArthur has developed a pioneering system for reducing environmental waste in bottling soft drinks and has tied up a string of deals with major bottlers, including the Coca-Cola plant in Wakefield, which produces 60% of all Coke drinks in the UK.
McArthur, a former cooper who remortgaged his home to set up Bellshill-based Tribology, has also installed the company's specialist equipment at the privately owned Caledonian Bottlers plant in Ayrshire which bottles Qibla Cola, a popular new soft drink aimed at the international Muslim market.See the full content of this document
