SCOTLAND could have its first national commercial radio station in 40 years thanks to a forgotten radio tower on a remote Norwegian island.
In a move that recalls the days of offshore pirate stations Radio Luxembourg and the original Radio Scotland, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) wants to lease a powerful medium wave (MW ) transmitter to create a national station for Scotland.See the full content of this document
