SOit looks like Stalinism is going to triumph in the pensions debate after all. As work and pensions secretary John Hutton outlined in an interview with the Financial Times last week, the government is moving to accept Lord Turner's Pension Commission call for a National Pension Savings Scheme (NPSS) to be set up.
