Summary
A survey of Scottish human resources directors has found that career coaching is firmly on the map as an executive development tool. However some of the respondents remained sceptical about the quality, delivery and measurement of external executive coaching.
Of the firms questioned 95%, including the Royal Bank of Scotland, ScottishPower and HBOS, said they would continue with career coaching, while 72% want it extended beyond senior executives.See the full content of this document
