THE SNP last night ramped up pressure on other parties to support the Scottish government's budget, warning that failure to pass it could cost the country GBP1.8 billion during the recession.
With horse-trading intensifying ahead of the third and final vote this Wednesday, ministers issued figures showing public spending would be GBP150 million lower per month than it ought to be in 2009- 10 if the bill was defeated.See the full content of this document
