ENTERPRISE Minister Jim Wallace will urge more Scottish companies to go for a secondary listing on the New York Stock Exchange when he visits Wall Street as part of a US tour this week.

The deputy First Minister said only one Scottish-based plc is currently listed on the NYSE; this is ScottishPower, whose presence on the market is a legacy of its (pounds) 4.7 billion acquisition of US-based PacifiCorp in 1998.
