ALONE among international coaches, Frank Hadden is the sort of bloke from whom you'd happily to buy a secondhand car. Not for Honest Frank the sort of prevarication, mealy-mouthiness and plain old-fashioned porkies that are the stock-in-trade of others in his line of work. So when he says he's still not sure about his tactics and strategies for the World Cup, you can probably take him at face value.
