ALONE among international coaches, Frank Hadden is the sort of bloke from whom you'd happily to buy a secondhand car. Not for Honest Frank the sort of prevarication, mealy-mouthiness and plain old-fashioned porkies that are the stock-in-trade of others in his line of work.
