Someone in the British Government must know exactly why the former Libyan foreign minister and intelligence chief, Moussa Koussa, came to the UK.
His arrival, either as defector or emissary for Gaddafi's regime, must be seen for what it is - the perfect and possibly last chance to get clarity and truth over Libya's connection to the Lockerbie atrocity.
