CONSIDERING that this is the fifth meeting of the season between Rangers and Hamilton - a sixth and even seventh may follow in the event either of a replay or the Lanarkshire side making the top six, or both - it might have been thought the Ibrox club would be sick of the sight of them by now. Not a bit of it. Ally McCoist last night insisted that Billy Reid was a prime candidate for Scotland's manager of the year award and positively eulogised about the quality of the young players coming through at the club.
