When Geraldine Heaney and her pals started making a short film in Aberdeen, little did the teenager imagine that their project would lead to an awards ceremony in London and tea with the (probable) future prime minister. Here the young director writes about her whirlwind cinematic adventure.
MYroad to becoming a film director began when Aberdeen's Lemon Tree Youth Theatre set me loose with a camera to make a film, with a group of like-minded people.
