SCOTLAND will pioneer Britain's first ever national helpline for rape and sexual assault victims later this year. Rape Crisis Scotland has launched a recruitment drive for two fulltime staff to run the scheme, which will launch in the autumn following a twoyear Scottish Executive feasibility study.
The charity believes the seven-day-aweek operation will offer a more coordinated, professional approach to help victims of rape and sexual assault.See the full content of this document
