THE number of food products recalled due to contamination with illegal colouring is expected to rise in the coming days and some potentially dangerous products are still on sale, the Food Standards Agency has revealed.
So far more than 350 products, from soups to ready meals, have been removed from shops and supermarkets after the discovery of the banned dye - Sudan 1 - in chilli powder used to make a Worcester sauce that was subsequently added to hundreds of products.See the full content of this document
