ELPHINSTONE and Scarborough Development Group (SDG) are to lodge plans for a GBP115 million redevelopment of a Stirling livestock auction site if the council agrees to a controversial proposal to move the market to another site.

The scheme planned for the Kildean loop in Stirling is for a major mixed-use development comprising more than 300 homes and a business and leisure park.
